Ok, check the "My Backpacking Trip" link - I'm so proud I somehow managed to use a slightly foreign computer (definitely not my Mac) to upload some photos. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to upload the ones from my fancy camera so the best are still yet to come. But, for an idea of just how awesome Fiji is via images- and how burned I got - click away!

So many things come to mind when I see those photos. Allow my stream of consciousness to commence flowing:
You and the Birdwhistle are awesome. I love how after nearly puking to death you wanted food, and actually captured it on film. Your camera is amazing (does it do that rack-focus thing by itself?). I would have died of 4th degree sunburn if I was there with you, judging by your Rosie-ness in those pics. You drank MILKSHAKES in Figi. Only you, Sarah, could find junk food in such a remote locale. I hate the fact that I'm not on that beach, and for that matter, in that hammock. Tuck that bottom lip back in when you're taking bedtime photos--if only just to snap off the picture. I'm gonna let it slide this time, but if I see another nude child I'm going to report you on "To Catch A Predator: Backpack Edition."
This one's for Laura: I talked to Emily today and she said that Andrew yelled from his office asking for "Lauren Birmbottom" to come help Deena fix the color printer. Just kidding, she didn't say that, but it probably happened all the same.
Keep the posts coming, they're pretty damn entertaining. Certainly more so than, say, every other post that did NOT concern Ibex.
Chris! We saw Ibex. Well, maybe not Ibex, but definitely some white mountain goats that made us think of you fondly.
We also listen to that Fergie song and say to ourselves "Oh Chris Barry loves this song" every time we hear it.
